best smoothie recipe

Spring makes me want to eat fruit-flavored food all the time. I'll pass on the chocolate ice cream in favor of something lighter, like pineapple gelato. And it's about this time of year when I start making smoothies almost daily. Here's a recipe for the easiest, simplest, yummiest smoothie I make. It's also nutritious and low in calories. Can't get any better than that.

1 6-oz container vanilla yogurt (I like Dannon Light 'n Fit the best, only 80 calories)
1 cup frozen fruit (strawberries or peaches are my favorite)
1 T frozen orange juice concentrate
generous splash of vanilla flavoring

Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to thin it out enough to blend.

Sounds good! I tried out a green smoothie the other day, adding spinach with my fruit and yogurt. It was still very tasty, and George really liked it too.
